At ‘The Guitar School' we have a team of tutors dedicated to offering tuition on a one to one basis. With their combined experience and ability we are able to offer high standards of tuition to individuals at any level. This service can be used towards:

•  Formal qualifications

•  One off lessons

•  Preparation for our courses

•  Or in addition to our courses (reduced rates for current students)

Individual Electric Guitar

This element is loosely based around our 10 week courses and if desired could work towards the same examination process. Alternatively these sessions can be open in order to work on any aspect of the electric guitar.

Individual Acoustic Guitar

We can offer a similar examination process with the Acoustic guitar but again we can assist in the development outside any formal tuition.

Preparation for the 10 week courses

The thought of entering into our grading system can sometimes be a concern for candidates who come to us as absolute beginners; issues with confidence need to be addressed before committing to our classes. This has inspired us to generate individual one to one attention to ensure the absolute beginner has a very good chance of succeeding through our grading system. We do offer a reduction with our one to one rates for candidates preparing for the 10 week courses.

The idea of our Individual Music Tuition is to offer a service which is flexible and designed to suit a busy lifestyle; giving a clear alternative to a regimented course which requires commitment. Our one to one service is as flexible as you would like it to be, lessons can be booked in at the convenience of the individual student and/or arranged depending on progress, relieving you of any unnecessary pressures.
